Can I return one or more products?

You can always return (part of) your order. Upon initiating your return, we kindly ask you not return used products and to return your products in their original packaging. You can request your return label via welcome@littezebra.com by printing the label and sticking it on a sturdy cardboard box. Please note that return costs are € 5.50 for Belgium, € 7 for the other countries we ship to.

Which products cannot be returned?

Unfortunately we cannot accept all returns. The following returns are not possible:

  • You cannot return products that have already been used or opened because we cannot offer them again to other customers.
  • Quick sale items with a discount that are nearing their expiration date (*) cannot be returned and refunded.

(*) Items with an expiration or use-by date can be returned within 30 days of receipt of your package if they meet the above conditions (original packaging, etc.).

How can I return products?

You can return your product(s) in just a few simple steps.

  • Request your return label via welcome@littlezebra.com and mention your order number and products you wish to return.
  • Print the return label with the products you want to return.
  • Use a suitable cardboard box to return your products.
  • Put your products in the box together with the return form.
  • Do not stick the return label directly on the original packaging, instead, stick it on the box.
  • Deliver the package to a post office or postal point of your choice.

Please note: the use of our return label is mandatory for France, Benelux and Germany. We do not reimburse the return shipment costs caused by sending packages without our return label.

How much time do I have to return?

You can return your products up to 3 months after purchase. If you return your entire order within 14 days of receipt, and therefore use your legal right of withdrawal, we will also reimburse the shipping costs of the original order. (Please note the return shipping costs are ALWAYS borne by the customer and will be deducted from the refund).

If you only return a part of your order or return it after the statutory withdrawal period of 14 days has expired, only the returned products will be refunded.

When will I be refunded?

You will only receive a refund for your return if we have received and registered the returned items, and if they can be offered again in the received state.

Please note: if you have added a gift to your order, you can keep your gift and deduct the value from the refund of your return. If you do not want to keep the gift, you can always add it to your return package.

Can I also exchange products?

It is not possible to exchange products. You can only request a refund for your return shipment. If you want to order a different size / color of an item, you have to place an order again. It sometimes takes a while before we receive return packages.

What if the product I ordered is defective, incorrect or damaged?

We do our best to ensure that your order is shipped in perfect condition. Sometimes things can go wrong. If you have received the wrong product or if one of the items in your order is defective, please contact our customer service immediately and we will find a solution as soon as possible. In this case, the return is of course at our expense.

Please note: these types of complaints must be reported to us within the legal period of 14 days.
